GRAIN FACILITY EXPANSION
- Remodeled the existing rail reclaim system in additional to adding new 65K BU/HR Bulkweigher and 60K BU/HR Shipping bucket elevator leg
- Installed electric percentile gates to all the rail reclaim system
- New 20K BU/HR Receiving pit with 20K BU/HR Scalper
- (3) New 176,616 concrete silos with 60k BU/HR rail reclaim system
- (1) 3,000 BU truck loadout/rail over flow bin
- Dust system of new receiving pit and rail load out
- Removed open reclaim belt in existing silos and reclaim with new Enclosed belt conveyor
- Add 20K receiving to existing concrete silos
- Dust collection on new 20K receiving and on rail loadout
- Tied in one of the concrete silos to the drying system.
